Rain/Shine

An "interactive" book about the Philippine climate.

This project was all about creating a visual narrative. We were to choose a topic that had something to do with cycles, so I decided to create a book about the Philippine climate.

While books are generally viewed as static media, I added some interactivity and motion by including translucent pages. These pages shift each spread’s scene at the turn of a page, showing just how unpredictable the weather in the Philippines can be.
